Welcome to Postion! By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You Own Your Content: We do not claim ownership of your work. You retain full rights to your text, images, and other materials. You grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service.
You Own Your Data: You own your subscriber list and user data. We provide tools to manage and export this data.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Postion.

Lawful Use: You agree not to post illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations if you monetize your content.

License: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
AI Features: We may use your content to train AI models exclusively for your specific site features (like search). We do not use your private content for general-purpose AI training without consent.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards.

Platform Fee: Postion charges a 5% platform fee on subscription revenue, in addition to standard payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe).
Payouts: You must connect a valid payment account to receive earnings.

By You: You may delete your account and export your data at any time.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for material breaches of these Terms.

"As Is" Basis: Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation: Postion is not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

We may revise these Terms. If a revision is material, we will notify you. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
